Welcome to Buster's Dumpsters of Jackson MI. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

Dumpster rental services are subject to a separate rental agreement signed at the time of booking. These website terms govern your use of our site only.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing displayed on this website is the starting rate for each dumpster size and includes delivery, pickup, a set rental period, and disposal up to the included tonnage. Prices are subject to change and final pricing will be confirmed during booking. Availability depends on schedule and location.

Prohibited Materials

Certain materials cannot be placed in our dumpsters, including but not limited to: tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, asbestos, refrigerators with coolant, and hazardous waste. A full list will be provided at booking. Additional fees may apply for prohibited materials found in the dumpster.

Weight Limits

Each dumpster size has a specified tonnage limit included in the base price. Loads exceeding that limit are subject to overage fees based on current landfill rates. The weight limit is disclosed before the dumpster is delivered.

Permits

If placement requires a permit (such as placement on a public street or sidewalk), obtaining the permit is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.

Damage and Liability

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe placement conditions including adequate space and clearance. We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property resulting from normal dumpster placement when the customer has approved the placement location.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

All content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buster's Dumpsters of Jackson MI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
